Crno bela torta od orasima ukusna domaca torta sa krem fil i orahe unutra kombinacija od nekoliko ukusnih sastojaka.

Sastojci:

Za crni biskvit:

  • 6 jaja
  • 6 kasike secera
  • 6 kasike brasna
  • 8 kasike mlevenih ili seckanih oraha
  • malo praska za pecivo

Za srednje bele kore:

  • 4 belanca
  • 4 kasike secera
  • 6 kasike seckanih oraha
  • 2 kasike brasna
  • malo peciva

Za fil:

  • 1 l mleka
  • 300g secera
  • 4 zumanca
  • 1 vrecica vanilin secer
  • 10 kasike brasna
  • 250g putera
  • 200g seckanih oraha
  • 50 suvog grozdja

Za glazure: istopiti 200g crnu cokoladu sa 200ml slatke pavlake.

Priprema:

Umutiti za crni biskvit  3 jaja sa 3 kasike secera,dodati 3 kasike brasna i 4 kasike orahe i malo praska za peciva.

Pleh obloziti pek papirom i sipati smesu i peci na 170C 15 min.

Postupak ponoviti 2 puta i sa drugim biskvitom.

Za beo biskvit za sredine umutiti belanke sa secerom gusto zatim dodati brasno,orahe i susiti biskvit na 150C.30 min.

Fil skuvati tako sto prvo umutite secer sa zimancima,u druge posude pomesati brasno i malo od secera.

Dodati 100 ml mleka,a ostatak stavite da prokuva.Sipajte u prokuvano mleko spremljene sastojke od zumanca brasna i secera.Skuvati fil i ostaviti da se hladi.

Ohladjen fil spojiti sa puterom i vanilin secer,dodati 250g oraha i suvog grozdja.Sjedinite sve zajedno i filovati tortu.

Staviti crni biskvit,naneti pola fila,staviti beli biskvit naneti ostatka fila,stavite i drugi crni biskvit.Ostaviti da se hladi u frizideru.

Cokoladu istopiti sa slatke pavlake i jos dok nije sasvim ohladjena preliti tortu ,koja treba prije biti u frizideru najmanje 3 sata.
