The recipe for this Tibetan medicine  found in traditional Tibetan monastery, written on clay tablets. It is believed that written more than 2,000 years and is used  against triglycerides, cholesterol and lime deposits in the blood vessels, as well as for long service .
In addition to successfully  clean the blood vessels , this old Tibetan medicine  improves the elasticity of blood vessels (preventing the cracking of blood vessels and thus the effusion of blood), prevents heart attacks, brain and angina pectoris . Then,  prevents the formation of tumors, improves eyesight and rejuvenates the body .
Tibetan recipe (garlic and lemon)
Preparation:  300 grams of garlic and 1 kg of lemon rind, finely grind.
After that, put to boil 1.5 liters of water, then reduce the heat and add the milled garlic and lemon, and cover the court. Exclusively on low heat this mixture boil 14-15 minutes (no more than that). Then remove from heat and leave to cool. This is over Tibetan medicine that should infuse and keep in a covered glass container (jar).
This medicine has taken on an empty stomach every morning and to 0.5 dl, during 25 days. After that, be sure to make a break of 10 days, and then repeat the process to improve the health situation. After that stop using the drug.
Note:  Strictly adhere to the daily dose of the drug and a break of 10 days between the two treatments. After healing should not take the drug, but only if there is a deterioration in health. Healthy people who opt to take the drug in order to improve the general state of the organism may apply only one or two treatments a year, twice the 25 days to 6 months apart.

Tibetan tea for longevity
(ginger, lemon, honey, pepper and anise)

In addition to the old Tibetan medicine instructions and recipe for  Tibetan tea that is used as protection from stress and prolongs life expectancy .
2 liters of boiled water for 5 minutes, then cooled. When cold, add 5 grams of grated ginger, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 pinch of chilli pepper and 1 pinch of anise.
This Tibetan tea drink in small sips throughout the day or even better 1 cup before each meal.
Incorporating quantity of 2 liters of tea is enough for three people.
