Savijaca od stavelja-posno jelo,posna domace pecivo,i ukusan dorucak od prirode.Mozete ga napraviti i od spanaca ili blitvu.

Sastojci:

  • 500g brasna
  • 1/4 svezeg kvasca
  • mala kasika so
  • 5 kasike ulje
  • vode po potrebu
  • listove mladog stavelj-za nadeva

Priprema:

Od brasna kvasca ,soli i ulje zamesiti testo srednje cvrstine.Podeliti na vise manjih loptica.

Tepsiju podmazati uljem,poredjati loptice i ostavite da odstoje 10 min.

Spremiti fil od stavelja,oprati ga dobro,izvaditi drske i blansirati kratko stavelj.

Na ulju u tiganju stavite iseckani na sitna parcad stavlej i proprziti kratko,posoliti i ohladiti malo za filovanje.

Uzimati potom po jednu loptice i testo razvuci ,na cistu platnenu krpu,sto vise mozete,poprskati uljem.Rasporediti od fila na svake kore i uviti u rolat .Potom rukama uviti rolnu.Ukljuciti pecku da se zagreva na 250C stavite odmah pitu i peci na 230C 30 min.

Gotovu pitu izvadite i malo proprskajte mlakom vodom,vratite opet u rernu i za 2-3 min izvadite pokrijte krpom da se hladi.potom sluziti pitu dok je vruca,

Ukusan dorucak i testenina posno od prirode.

Pie of curly dock, meatless domestic pie delicious breakfast of prirode.Him to do and of spinach or chard.

Ingredients:

500g flour
1/4 yeast

5 tablespoons oil
water per need
leaves young curly dock-for stuffing
Preparation:
