Sastojci:

-5 kasike belo brasno
-5 kasike integralno brasno
-1 kasike brasno od heljde
-1 kasike kukuruzno brasno
-4 kasike ulja
-malo pecivo 1/4 od male kasikice
-malo sol
-malo secera
-mineralne vode po potrebu oko 300ml
-djem od sljiva
-med
-orahe
-brusnice

Priprema:

U posude stavite belo brasno,kukuruzno brasno,pecivo sol,brasno od heljde,secera.Sve mesati sa kasikom ili zicom.

Dodati i ulje,i mineralne vode  po potrebu,mozda zatreba da se doda jos malo vise vode jer brasno upija vodu.

Kada ste umutili testo za palacinke u kasastu masu,zagrejte tiganj za palacinke i stavite malo ulje.

Crpaljkom uzimati od smese za palacinke i peci palacinke,staviti odmak po malo brusnice vrz tetsa od palacinke.I kada se ispeku sa jedne strane okrenuti na drugu stranu.

Gotove palacinke premazivati sa djema od sjiva ili neki drugi djem.Med omeknuti malo na toplom mestu i njime onako preliti u tankom mlazu odozgo,potom posuti orasima.Ja sam koristila soka iz slatka,kao zamenu za med.

Ukusna domaci desert sa integralnog brasna dorucak za posne dane i zdrav obrok.
