Moj sadasnji recept za posna i veoma ukusna jela od ribe.

Sastojci:

-oslic ribe
-biljni kaskaval-posan
-sol,zacine po ukusu
-belo brasno
-kukuruzno brasno brasno
-mineralne vode-pivo
-ulje za przenje

Priprema:

Ribu operati i odstarniti joj peraje,potom je uzduz iseci i skinuti sa kosti.Zacinite ociscenu ribu i posoliti,ostaviti da odstoji malo.

Kackavalj iseci na parcice velicine koje se mogu uklopiti u unutrasnjost parceta ribe.ne trebaju biti veliki da se ne bih otopili prilikom przenja.

U druge posude izmasajte brasna oba  dvije vrste.Dodati u brasna vode,ili piva.

Na ribe stavite na krajeve po jedno parce od kackavalja i urolati listove od ribe,a krajeve probodite cackalicom, da ne bih ispao kackavalj.

Staviti vise ulje na tiganju,zagrejati i uzimati po jedno parce od ribe i prevrtati svako parce u smese od brasna sa svih strana.Spustite u zagrijanom ulju da se isprze duze i lagano.Kao primer cu navesti kolicinu koju sam ja spremala, za 2 ribe oslica, ja sam napravila uma od brasna od 2 kasike belo brasno i dve kasike od kukuruznog brasna.

Kada su ribe isprzene izvadite cackalice,stavite ih na papirne salfete da izadje viska masnoce.

Sluzite jos tople ribe,  sa sezonske salate i krumpir,kako se to vama dopada.
