Fried meat lunch for the holidays and the whole family.taste food from my home.

Ingredients:

  • chicken breasts 4-5 pc
  • cloves garlic-2 crushed
  • ginger-1 tsp ground
  • olive oil -2 tablespoons
  • salt
  • pepper-ground
  • cheese-100g
  • flour
  • eggs
  • bread crumbs
  • oil-for frying

Preparation:

Chicken breasts were cut in half so as to form a pocket.

Spice of garlic, crushed ginger, olive oil, black pepper and salt are mixed and are coated breast.

It is better to do 1-2 hours earlier.

Inside the pocket put thinly sliced pieces of cheese.

In court put three eggs, flour and breadcrumbs.

In a food in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, then roll in flour, egg and bread crumbs and fried in hot oil

When removed from the pan, place on paper towels,and serve.

Meso za ručak za blagdane.

Meso rucak za blagdane od mesa.

Sastojci:

-pileće meso 4-5 kom
-režnja češnjaka 2 zgnjecen
-1 žličica  đumbira
-maslinovo ulje -2 žlice
-sol
-papra mlevenog
-sir-kackavalj-100g
-brašno
-jaja
-hlebne mrvice
-ulja za prženje
Priprema:

Pileće meso prepoloviti, tako da oblikuje praznina .

Začin češnjaka, i đumbir, maslinovo ulje, crnog papra i soli su izmiješani te su obložene pileca prsa.

Bolje je to raditi 1-2 sata ranije.

Unutar zaseka staviti tanko narezani komad sira.

U posudu staviti tri jaja, brašno i hlebne mrvice.

Staviti u posudu u frizideru 1-2 sata,potom uvaljati u brasno,jaja i prezle i pržite u vrućem ulju.

Kada uklonite meso iz tave, stavite na papirni ubrus, da im izadje viska masnoce i sluzite.
