Najsladja torta sa cokoladom.Volimo mi svi cokoladu pa evo i cokoladne torte.

Sastojci:

Za testo:

  • 10 belanca
  • 300g secera u prahu
  • 300g mlevene orahe
  • 4 kasika brasna

Za krem:

  • 10 zumanca

  • 3 rebra cokolade
  • 250g putera
  • 3 kasika jako skuvane kafe i ohladjena kafa
  • 100g cokolade za preliva otopljenom sa 100ml slatke pavlake
  • 50g sitno iseckanih oraha za ukrasavanje sa strane.

Priprema:

Za fil spremite zumance mutite sa secerom,dodajte cokoladu i stavite na pari da se skuva gusti fil,neprestano mesajuci fil da vam ne zagori.

Gotov fil ohladiti i dodajte mu kafu i sjedinite sa umucenim puterom.Filujte kore i izravnajte tortu.

Stavite da se hladi a za to vreme spremite cokoladu i slatku pavlaku za preliva.

Kada ste preliti tortu,a sa strane i po malo odozgo ukrasite orasima.
