Praznicna pletenica za Uskrs./Braid the dough for Easter

Praznicna pletenica za Uskrs ,sa suvim grozdjem.Ovaj sam recept za pletenicu napisala da je spremite za Uskrs.

Sastojci:

  • 400g brasno
  • 2 jaja
  • 1 zumance
  • malo so
  • 50g secera
  • 30g suvog grozdja
  • 120ml ulja
  • 1/2 kvasca
  • 1 vanila secer
  • secer u prahu
  • mleka po potrebe
  • kore od narandze-limuna

Priprema:Stavite u posude za mesenje brasno,dodati kvasac i malo toplog mleka dodati so,secera ulje i koru od narandze.Dodati i jaja i suvo grozdje,i vanilin secer.Zamesite testo sa mleko ,dodajuci po potrebu.Da dobijete srednje meko tetso.Ostavite da kisne,a potom na nabrasnjenu povrsinu istresti testo.

Mesiti kratko i podeliti na tri lopte,i ostavite da odmore malo.Potom svaku loptu rukama napraviti kao rolne.

Krajeve pritisnuti rukama i  plesti pletenicu.Pleh podmazati uljem i staviti pletenicu,u dugacak pleh i ostaviti da kisne.

Rernu ukljuciti na 250C,da se zagreje,premazati pletenicu zumancetom,sa malo ulja.

Staviti u rernu na 230C i peci 30 min.

Gotovu ispecenu  pletenicu izvaditi iz rerne i posuti secerom u prahu.

Posluziti za praznike i za svaki dan kao ukusno slatko testo.

Braid the dough for Easter


Ingredients:

400g flour
2 eggs
1 yolk
few are
50g sugar
30g raisins
120ml oil
1/2 yeast
1 vanilla sugar
powdered sugar
milk per needs
peel of orange-lemon
Preparation:

Place in a bowl for mixing flour, add yeast and a little warm milk, add salt, sugar and oil peel orange.Add and eggs and raisins, and vanilla secer.Mixed dough with milk, adding the potrebu the need. Get a medium soft dough.Set to rainy, and then on the floury surface shake out the dough.

Knead briefly and divided into three balls, and let it rest malo.Then each ball hands make such rolls.

Ends press hands and knit braid.Pan lubricated with oil and place the braid, in the long baking sheet and leave to rainy.

Oven include at 250C to heat, coated braid egg yolks with a little oil.

Put in the oven to 230C and bake 30 minutes.
