Cufta u rerni sa povrcem i kackavalj ukusno glavno jelo.Praznicni rucak i familijarni zdrav obrok.

Sastojci:

  • mesano mleveno meso
  • 1 jaje
  • pola kriske starog hleba
  • 1 veza mladog crnog luka
  • pola beli luk-svezi
  • 50g biljni kackavalj
  • 1 kasike bukovca
  • pola kasike vegeta
  • bibera,so,djumbira
  • 1 kasike kukuruznog brasna
  • 2 kasike ulje
  • malo persuna svezeg-2 grancice

Za dodatka od povrca:

  • 2 krompira isecenog na krugove
  • 1 male mlade tikvice
  • 1 glavice crni luk iseceni na rezance
  • ulja
  • mesane zacine za celo jelo

Priprema:

Za cufte u posudu izmesati sve sastojke,jaje,hleb izmrvljen,crni luk,kackavalj isecen na kocke.Dodati zacine,redom,djumbira,bibera,so,vegetu,bukovca,kukuruzno brasno,ulje,i luka isecenog na sitne kolutove.

Zamesiti dobro i namascenim rukama od smese uzimati po malo i napraviti  cufta.

Posudu za pecenje pomastiti i poredjati cufta.

Povrce ocistiti oprati i iseci na kolutove.

Poredjati u posudu za pecenja krompire,tikvica,cufte,krompir,tikvica,krompir cufte,crni luk izmedju tikvice i krumpira,sve dok ne utrosite sve namirnice.

Poprskati uljem i doliti preko povrca i mesa,malo vode oko 70ml. ( jelo je za 4 porcije)
