SARENI ROLAT./Roll NO BAKED.

Sareni rolat.

Sastojci:

  • 300g kokosa
  • 300g secera
  • pola case vode
  • 4 stangle cokolade
  • kora i sok od limuna
  • 100g mleveni keks
  • 50g margarina
  • 100g cokolade za preliva

Priprema:

Secer preliti sa vodom pa prokuvati,dodati margarin.Skloniti sa vatre,i podeliti na dva dela u jedan dodati 300g kokosa.U drugi deo dodati cokoladu i mleveni keks.

Od ove mase napraviti dva rolata.Tamni deo rastanjiti u obliku pravougaonika na dasci,na folije.

Od bele smese naneti preko crni deo i uviti u rolnu dobro je poravnati i ostaviti da se ohladi.

Od cokolade za malo ulja napraviti glazuru i preliti je preko ohladjeni kolac.

Iseci kolac na kolutove i sluziti kako nepeceni desert za praznike .

Recept za stampu:

ROLL NO BAKED.

Black and white roll.

Ingredients:

300g coconut
300g sugar
half a glass of water
4 bars of chocolate
peel and lemon juice
100g ground biscuits
50g butter
100g of chocolate for toppings
Preparation:

Sugar overflow with water so boil, add butter.Remove from the side with fire, and divided into two parts in one add 300g kokosa.Second part add chocolate and ground biscuits.
