Biscuit cake with filling.

Ingredients:
-1 l of milk
-200 g rice
-1 sachet gelatine
-200 ml of fresh cream
-250g of cream (custard half white – half dark)
-Square biscuits 250 g
-some milk for dipping biscuits
Ingredients for coating:
-50 ml of fresh cream
-2 tablespoons dark eurokrem (in the original goes 1 sachet slag chocolate cream)
–rough cut roasted hazelnuts

Preparation:
The bottom of the pot to pour a little water, add milk and boil. Add washed rice, cook until tender, occasionally mixed.
Gelatin add the instructions on the bag and stir in rice. Allow to almost cool, then stir Whipped cream.
Step mass in two parts – a part of the white cream mix in the second part of the dark cream
A square mold coated with plastic wrap, and line up the cracker (2 × 3) pre-soaked in milk: half white mixture, dipped biscuit, half dark mixture was dipped biscuit, the remaining white mixture, dipped biscuit, the remaining dark mixture and finish dipped biscuit. Cover with foil and put in the fridge to rest for at least 4 hours and preferably overnight.
Step cake delivered to the tray, top coat Whipped cream containing dark and sprinkled with coarse eurokrem excised hazelnuts.

Keks torta sa puno krema.

Sastojci:

  • 1 l mleka
  • 200 g pirinča
  • 1 kesica želatina
  • 200 ml slatke pavlake
  • 250 g Eurokrema (pola belo – pola tamno)
  • 250 g četvrtastog keksa
  • malo mleka za umakanje keksa

Sastojci za premazivanje:

  • 50 ml slatke pavlake
  • 2 kašičice tamnog Eurokrema (u orginalu ide 1 kesica slag krema od čokolade)
  • prženih grubo isečenih lešnika

Priprema 

  1. korak: Na dno lonca sipati malo vode, doliti mleko i prokuvati. Dodati opran pirinač, kuvati dok omekša i povremeno mešati.
  2. korak: Želatin prepremiti po uputstvo na kesici i umešati u pirinač. Ostaviti da se skoro ohladi, pa umešati ulupanu slatku pavlaku.
  3. korak: Masu podeliti na dva dela – u jedan deo umešati beli eurokrem a u drugi deo tamni eurokrem
  4. korak: Četvrtasti kalup obložiti plastičnom folijom, i redjati keks (2×3) prethodno umočenog u mleko: polovina bele smese, umočen keks, polovina tamne smese, umočen keks, preostala bela smesa, umočen keks,  preostala tamna smesa i završiti umočenim keksom. Prekriti folijom i staviti u frižider da odstoji najmanje 4 sata a najbolje preko noći.
  5. korak: Kolač izručiti na tacnu, odozgo premaziti ulupanu slatku pavlaku uz dodatak tamnog eurokrema i posuti grubo isečenim lešnicima.
