INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 g Oreo biscuits.
  • 60 g melted butter.

Ingredients for foam dark chocolate:

  • 150 g of dark chocolate,
  • Šlahačková 120 g of cream.
  • 160 g of 35% Šlahačková cream (chilled).
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin powder,
  • 1 table and 1 teaspoon (i.e., 20 ml) of cold water.

Ingredients to froth milk chocolate:

  • 150 g milk chocolate.
  • Šlahačková 120 g of cream.
  • 160 g of 35% Šlahačková cream (chilled).
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin powder,
  • 1 table and 1 teaspoon (i.e., 20 ml) of cold water.

The ingredients of the foam of white chocolate:

  • 150 g white chocolate
  • Šlahačková 120 g of cream.
  • 160 g of 35% Šlahačková cream (chilled).
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin powder,
  • 1 table and 1 teaspoon (i.e., 20 ml) of cold water.

On decorating:

  • cocoa,
  • strawberries and other small fruits.

Approach

  1. Start by preparing the body. Grind the biscuits and stir in melted butter on them. The obtained mixture Push round bottom mold having a diameter of twenty centimeters. You can help the rear side of spoon. The finished body into the refrigerator while you prepare the first foam.
