Priprema:
Kvasac razmutiti u pola solje toplog mleka, dodati kasicicu secera i brasna i ostavii da naraste.
Od brasna, pripremljenog kvasca i ostalih sastojaka zamesiti srednje meko testo.
Testo podeliti na 20 loptica (jufkica), svaku rastanjiti u manju okruglu koru i premazati umucenim margarinom.
Kore redjati jednu preko druge, i ostaviti da stoji 15-20 minuta, gornju koru ne treba premazivati.
Razviti veliku koru debljine 0, 5 cm i okruglom modlom vaditi pogacice precnika oko 5 cm, mogu i vece po zelji.

Jedan deo pogacica ostaviti tako, a drugoj polovini izvaditi sredinu manjom modlicom, tako da se dobije prsten.
Cele pogacice premazati umuceni jajetom, odgore staviti pogacica u obliku prstena, napuniti sa filom od sira i sunke.
Ivicu prstena premazati isto jajetom i posuti susamom.
Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj pecnici na 220 C, oko 20-tak minuta. Gotova pastetica .
Od malih izvadjeni kruzica iz sredine, ispeci male pogacice, a preostalo testo skupiti, ponovo razviti i iseci dugacke stapice. Sve premazati jajetom i po zelji posuti susamom ili kimom.
