PREPARATION:

Elegantna torta od mlecnih cokolada.

SASTOJCI
Kora: (x3)
-3 bjelanjka
-3 žlice šećera
-50 g mljevenih lješnjaka ili oraha
-1/2 žlice brašna
Krema
-1 l mlijeka

-9 žutanjaka
-100 g šećera
-3 žlice brašna
-3 pudinga od vanilije
-300 g mliječne čokolade sa sjeckanim lješnjacima
-300g bijele čokolade
-250 g margarina
-200ml vrhnja za šlag-slatka pavlaka

-200g crne cokolade za ganase

PRIPREMA
Kore:

Umutiti belanca sa secerom dodati mlevene lesnike i brasno pola kasika ili do 2 kasike.(je bolje)
Od navedenih sastojaka ispeći  3 ovakve kore.
Krema:
Žutanjke, šećer, brašno i pudinge skuhati u mlijeku,dodati izmucen margarin. i podijeliti na dva dijela.
U jedan dio dodajte čokolade s lješnjacima,a u drugi bijele čokolade-zuti deo.

Miješati dok se čokolada ne otopi,ovaj postupak uradite prije dodavanja u fil cokolade,moraju biti omeknute u mikrobranovoj jer su mlecne,

Filujte tortu tako sto prvo stavite na tanjiru koru,crni cokoladni fil,koru,beli cokoladni fil,i opet koru.Od belog fila-zutog.ostavite mao i celu tortu premazite spolja.I preko fila naneti ganase,ohladite tortu u frizider i sluzite tortu.

Za preliva cele torte stavite ganase od crne cokolada i slatke pavlake zagrijane da se samo sjedine,i cela torta prelivena tom smesom.
