Stuffed with minced meat filling and eggs-tasty lunch with your family.
-600 grams of minced pork and beef
-50 g parmesan
-1 medium red onion
-1 teaspoon oregano
-½ teaspoon garlic salt
-50 g smoked scamorza ( Scamorza )
-pepper and salt to taste
-½ teaspoon cumin
-50 g breadcrumbs
-300 g cleaned, steamed and chopped nettles
-50 g Prosciutto thinly sliced
-20 g smoked scamorza
Clean and cook the nettles with a little salt and cut it into small pieces.
Peel the eggs.
Knead nice minced meat by adding to it chopped onion, egg, spices, parmesan, smoked scamorza and breadcrumbs.
Add the oven to heat at 190 ⁰ C.
Place the minced meat on baking sheet greased with a little oil and spread it in the form of a rectangle measuring 30 x 20 cm. Above distribute cleaned and steamed nettles. On nettle put slices prosciutto. At the top at one end lengthwise, place the peeled boiled eggs.
Turn the mince in a tight roll with baking paper and shape well.
Place roll on a baking tray and into the oven.
Bake 40-45 minutes. Once ready, leave to cool roll with the paper for 15 minutes. Remove the paper and sprinkle with smoked scamorza. Bake for 2 minutes on the grill in the oven.
Serve on your favorite tomato sauce and a side dish of polenta with parmesan, oregano and oil.
