Engleski keks jeste neka vrsta integralne kolace.Ovoje bas ukusna varijanta keksa od ovsenih pahuljica i corn flakes.

Sastojci:

  • 225g psenicnog brasna do celog zrna
  • 50g ovsenih pahulja
  • 50g kukuruznih pahuljica-corn flakes
  • 100g secera
  • 1 jaje
  • 1 zumance za premazivanje kolaca
  • 120g putera ili margarina
  • 20g ovsenih ,kukuruznih pahulja,i susama
  • malo praska za pecivo
  • 1 vanilin secer

Priprema:

Od svih sastojaka zamesite testo,osim zumanceta i 20g mesanih zitarica.Prekriti salvetom i ostavite pola sata.

Oklagijom razvuci koru debljine 1,5 cm.

Koru seci na pravougaonike,a svaki komad premazati razmucenim zumancetom.I kolace posuti sa susamom i ovsanih pahuljica naizmenicno,a neke posuti i sa corn flaks.

Peci kolace na 180C oko 15-20 min,ohladiti i sluziti veoma ukusni kolaci koji ce trajati dugo.

Required:

-225g wheat flour
-50g oats
-50g corn flakes (corn flakes)
-100g sugar
-1 egg
-120g butter-margarine
-1 yolk on top
-20g of snow flakes + corn flakes and sesame seeds.
-little baking powder
-1 vanilla sugar

Preparation:

In a bowl, put it to melt butter, then pour it into another container for mixing.

Add the egg and sugar and spoon muti ingredients, add the integral wheat flour,snow flakes and corn flakes, add sugar and vanilla and baking powder.

Knead the dough and leave to rest for a bit, then rolling pin develop a crust thickness of half a cm.

Cut stangle, reared in a pan lined with baker papier.Yolk add a little oil, and it coated cookies.

At each cake to put a little of all grains, all  different set, some place snow flakes, some sesame seeds, and put on some corn flakes.

Heat the oven to 200C and place the cake 180C.Baked the cookies for 15 to 20 min.

Bake until golden, and the servant as a daily dessert with coffee.

Sugar put less to taste, at 70-80g.
