Sastojci:

  • 400g bela jagnjeca dzigerica
  •  srce od jagnje
  • ulje
  • 1 kasike krupno mlevene crvene paprike
  • mladi crni luk
  • mleveni biber u prahu
  • djumbir u prahu
  • 1 kasike suvi zacini-persun i dr.
  • so

Priprema:

Dzigerice i srce os jagnje operite,i isecite na veca parcad.

Stavite u loncu sa slanom vodom da se kuva.kuvajte iznutrice dok omeksaju.

Kada su skuvane dzigerice,izvadite ih i potom kratko proprzite na ulju u taganju.

Dodati i zacine,crvenu papriku,bibera,soli po ukusu,i izmesati sve.

Izvaditi  iz tiganj,dzigericu i srce, stavitii na tanjiru i posuti ih mlevenim djumbirom u prahu.

Posuti  suvi persun ili svezi persun po volji.

White of lumb to pan vernacular food.This is preparing for the holiday season and lamb as are the Easter.Very tasty dish or appetizer.

Ingredients:

-400g white lamb lung and liver
-heart of a lamb
-oil
-1 tablespoon coarsely ground red pepper
-young onion
-ground pepper powder
-ginger powder
-1 tablespoon dry spices-parsley and others.
-salt
Preparation:

Liver and heart axis lamb wash, and cut into bigger pieces.

Put in a pot with salted water to kuva.kuvajte offal until tender.

When cooked liver, remove them and briefly fry in oil in pan.

Add the spices, paprika, pepper, salt to taste, and mix all.

Remove the liver and heart on a plate and sprinkle them with minced ginger powder.

Sprinkle dry parsley or fresh parsley at will.
