Kejk  kolac za svaki dan.Kolac koji mozete sluzit sa kafom i cuvat ga u frizideru za goste koje ne planirate.

Sastojci:

  • 4 jaja
  • 12 kasika secera
  • 1 vanilin secer
  • 1 solja (za kafu) ulje
  • 1,5 solje mleka
  • 13 kasike brasna
  • 3 kasika kakao
  • 1 prasak za pecivo
  • susama
  • prezla za odozdo

Priprema:

Umutiti jaja sa secer,dodati ulje,mleko,lagano dodati brasno pomesano sa praska za peciva,i vanilinog secera.

Potom dodati kakao u prahu,sve sastojke sjedinite kasikom  da se ujednace.

Kalup za kejk nauljati i pobrasniti sa prezlu i susama. Uliti smesu u kalupa,i peci u vec zagrejane pecke na 180C 30 min.

Gotov kolac izvadite i ostavite da se ohladi da bih ga lakse izvadili iz kalupa.

Prevrnuti kolac na tanjiru,i posluziti po volji sa kafom ili drustvom.

Kejk-homemade recipe.

Ingredients:

4 eggs
12 tbsp sugar
1 vanilla sugar
1 cup (coffee) oil
1.5 cups milk
13 tablespoons of flour
3 tbsp cocoa
1 baking powder
sesame
bread crumb to bottom
Preparation:

Whisk the eggs with sugar, add oil, milk, slowly add flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla sugar.

Then add the cocoa powder, all the ingredients unite spoon to equalize.

The mold for the cake and dust with nauljati with bread crumbs and sesame. Pour the mixture into the mold, and the oven preheated to 180C Peck 30 min.
