Ingredients:

Preparation:

Sastojci:

  • 500 g piletine
  • 100 g hlebne mrvice
  • 1 komad manje jaje
  • 25g peršuna
  • peršun korijen 50 g
  • mrkva 50 g
  • celer korijen 20 g
  • morska sol, limun sok , crni papar
  • kopar 50 g
  • 50 ml mlijeka
  • pšenično brašno 45 g
  • 15 g maslaca

Priprema:

 

Na početku su pileća prsa, izrezati u male komadiće, a zatim samljeti.
Dodajte peršin koren,i peršin, jaje, hlebne mrvice, sol, papar i limunov sok, crni papar.
Sve se mijesa  u jedinstvenu smjesu. Oblikuju se kuglice različitih veličina.

Posluziti sa pirincem ili krumpira.
