Starinski kolaci breskvice posno.//Peaches lean antique cutthroat

Starinski kolaci,najukusniji kolaci,jer su nase babe izvor puno recepata koje mi sad pravimo i degustiramo .

Evo jedan takav ukusan recept za breskvice.

Sastojci:
Za testo:
-1 solja od 2dl vodu ili ukusnije su sa belo vino
-2 solje od 2dl ulja
-2 solje od 2dl secera
-4 kasike brasna
-1 kesica praska za pecivo
-900gr brasna-ili po potrebu je najbolje
Za fil:
-mrvice od dubljenih breskvica
-dzem
-rum
I jos:
-crvena boja za kolace
-kristal secer
Priprema:

1. U dublje vanglice sjediniti secer, ulje, vodu, 4 kasike brasna i prasak za pecivo. Neka odstoji tako pola sata.
2. U to sipati brasno (meni je trebalo oko 900gr), lepo promesati i kad bude tako gusto da se rukom mogu otkidati kuglice, uzimati od testa parce zeljene velicine (moje su od 10gr), valjati kuglice i redjati ih na pleh sa pek papirom praveci razmak od bar 3cm. Testo treba da je takvo da se samo malo spuste kad se stave na pleh, nikako da se spljoste.

3. Peci na 175 stepeni (opciono prema vasoj rerni) ne manje od 15min a ne vise od 20min, ne smeju da dobiju braon boju pri dnu, podignite jednu i ako se ne vidi odozdo da je zivo testo a belo je, vadite ih iz rerne.

Dok se jedna tura pece, valjajte drugu za drugi pleh i tako 4 puta otprilike, ispadne bas dosta breskvica, oko 120 polovina.
4. Kad se prohlade izdubite ih pazljivo a od tih biskvitnih mrvica, dzema po zelji i ruma zamesite fil kojim cete ih puniti i spajati.
5. Kad ih sve spojite, umocite obe strane u vodu sa crvenom bojom pa u kristal secer, prvo jednu stranu pa drugu u boju pa tim redom u secer.
6. Pravite ih bar dan unapred jer treba da omekne testo.

Preparation:
