Desert madjarica,bas i nije sada trendy desert,ali je ukusan ,i evo da ga imam i ja mozda neko voli i ovakve vrste kolaca,a sta da ne o ukusima se ne raspravlja zar nije tako?Ovo je recept moje prijateljice kod koje sam bila u goste i probala kolac.

Sastojci:

  • 600g brasna
  • 50g putera
  • 200g secera u prahu
  • 2 jaja
  • 2dl kisele pavlake
  • 1 prasak za pecivo

Za fil: 1l mleka,5 kasika griza,100g cokolade,250g secera,i 200g putera ili margarina.

Glazura: 100g cokolade,80g secera,2 kasike vode,60g puter ili margarin.

Priprema:

Zamesite testo od brasna,putera,secera,jaja,kisele pavlake,i praska za pecivo.Dobro ga izradite,pa podelite na 4 ili 6 jednakih delova.Od svaki deo razvucite oklagijom kore velicine pleha,pa ih redom pecite,kratko vreme.

Fil priprema:u mleku skuvati griz i cokolada lomljene,na tihoj vatri,dok se fil ne zgusne.

Dodajte secer pa jos malo kuvajte,a zatim ostavite fil da se ohladi,pa mu dodajte umuceni puter-margarin.

Ovim filom nafilujte ohladjene kore,a odozgo,kolac kolac prelijte glazurom.

Za glazuru kuvajte na pari secer i vodu dok pocne da se peni,masi dodajte cokoladu,skinite je sa vatre,i dok je jos vruca dodajte joj puter.Mesate sve dok se glazura ne ohladi,a zatim mlaku je preliti preko kolaca.

Veoma ukusna domaci kolac,za prijateljsko druzenje sa kafom savrseno posluzenje.

A mozete ga napraviti pa u frizideru staviti da vam se nadje kada imate izlet ili goste.

-2 eggs
-2 dl sour cream
-1 baking powder

Preparation:
