TORTA SLATKA KRALJICA SA LESNICIMA./Cake with sweet queen hazelnuts.

Torta slatka kraljica sa lesnicima,uvek sam volela takvu tortu,one su izdrasne ukusne i kremaste.

Za ovu ukusnu tortu bice potrebno lesnike,puno fila slatke pavlake i evo recepta:

Sastojci:(za 2 kore sastojci)

  • 16 belanca
  • 24 kasika secera
  • 24 kasika mlevenih lesnika
  • 4 kasike brasna
  • 4 kasike prezli

Za fil:

  • 1 l mleka
  • 16 zumanca
  • 3 vanilinog pudinga
  • 8 kasika secera
  • 250g maslaca
  • 100g bela cokolada
  • 250g secera u prahu
  • 500ml slatke pavlake
  • 1 cokoladna slag krema za dekoracije

Priprema:

Za 4 kora umutiti pojedinacno,4 belanca sa 6 kasika secera,dodati 6 kasika mlevenih lesnika,1 kasike brasna,1 kasike prezle.Ispeci 4 ovakvih kora u podmazanom plehu na 150C peci kore 20 min.

Za fil:skuvati na pari zumanca sa secerom i cokoladom,pa ohladiti.Posebno skuvati pudinga od vanile, i mleko po uputstvo na pakovanju.Pa sjediniti sa umucenim maslacem i secerom u prahu.Umutiti i slatku pavlaku,umutiti i slag krema od cokolade.Fil od zumanca i cokolade spojiti sa fil od pudinga i maslaca.

Filovati tortu:

Kora,fil od zumanca,sloj slatke pavlake,kora,fil od zumanca i slatka pavlaka sve dok se ne premaze cela torta.

I odozgo i sa strane premazati tortu sa slatkom pavlakom,a detalje na tortu praviti spricem sa slag kremom od cokolade.
