CARP FRUIT ROLL

 

Components:
-4 eggs
-8 tbsp sugar
-1 baking powder
-8 tablespoons flour
-1 vanilla sugar
-4 kasike hot water
– 3 teaspoons cocoa
cream:

-1 vanilla pudding
500ml milk
– 4 tablespoons of cornstarch
-5 tablespoon sugar
– half-butter softened at room temp.

Prepare the cream:

In milk add pudding and cornstarch, mix it well and set fire to cooking..add and secer..cooking until the cream thickens
When the cream is ready,leave to cool and stir in her half-buter who previously softened at room temp.

And more..2, 3 bananas a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice for banane.Bananas, sprinkle them before put in rolls that do not oxidize before it is eaten loaf 🙂

Preparation:

-Make crust by first whisk the egg whites in firm snow and add the sugar, water, powder, vanilla sugar, flour when all unite to take the part of gaiters, other foamy mixture, add egg yolks blended cocoa.And the square pan put baking paper so white smes scribble to taste (you can add to the mixture a little more flour to be thicker, it would not be too much spilled) and add brown mixture.

(Do not leave more than 10 min long standing wrapped)
– Over peel smudge partly creams, creams put over bananas and roll ..
-In other work cream paint the whole loaf
-Leave to cool and cream tightens.

Sastojci:
-4 jaja
-8 kasika secera
-1 prasak za pecivo
-8 kasika brasna
-1 vanilin secer
-4 kasike tople vode
– 3 kasicice kakaa
Krema:
-1 pudinga od vanile
-500 ml mleka
– 4 kasike gustina
-5 kasika secera
– pola margarina omeksalog na sobnoj temp.

Priprema kreme:
U mleko staviti pudinga i gustin,sve dobro izmesati i staviti na vatru da se kuva..dodati i secer..kuvati dok se krema ne zgusne
Kad je krema gotova,ostvaiti da se ohladi pa joj umesati pola mragarina koji je prethodno omeksao na sobnoj temp.
I jos:2 ,3 bananepar kasika limunovog soka za banane..Oguliti banane,poprskati ih pre stvaljanja u rolat da ne oksidiraju prije nego sto se rolat pojede.

Priprema:
-Napraviti koru tako sto prvo umutiti belanca u cvrst sneg pa dodati secer, ,vodu,pecivo, vanilin secer, brasno kada sve to sjedinite odvojite jedan deo za sare, ostaloj smesi dodajte penasto izmiksana zumanca i kakao.Na cetvrtasti pleh stavite pek papir pa belom smesom isarajte po zelji ( mozete u smesu dodati jos malo brasna da bude gusca , da se ne bi previse razlila) pa dodajte braon smesu.
-Poravnati smesu da kora bude ravna kad se ispece, pecite u zagrejanoj rerni na 180 stepeni.
-Ispecenu koru zarolajte u mokru krpu sa sve papirom i ostaviti da delimicno upije vlage da se moze lakse motati
(ne ostavljati vise od 10ak min duze da stoji zamotana)
– Preko kore mazati jednim delom kreme,preko kreme staviti banane i zarolati..
-Drugim delom kreme premazati celi rolat
-Ostaviti da se ohladi i krema stegne
