Kolaci sa djem-slatke kiflice, ukusni uvaljani u secer u prahu,ovo su najlaksi kolaci.verujem da svaka domacica moze da ih napravi.

Zamesite oformite i imate ukusan desert.

Sastojci:

-2 jajeta
-2 dl ulja
-3 dl mleka
-1 kašika suvog kvasca
-100 g šećera
-oko 700 g brašna-po potrebu
Za fil: džem od šljiva ili kajsija
Za posipanje kiflica: secer u prahu

U 3 dl mleka staviti kasiku suvog kvasca ostavite da kisne,dodati i secer-100g, potom dodati 2jajeta, 2 dl ulja i brašnom zamesiti testo.Suvi kvasac mora da se kisne isto kao i svezi da bih vam testo naraslo.

Testo dobro izraditi i ostaviti da nadođe a mozete ih i odmak oblikovati. Kad testo nadođe, podeliti na pet delova. Svaki deo razviti u krug i isečemo na 8 delova kao na slici. Na svaki trougao testa staviti kašičicu džema i uviti u kiflice.

Tako uradite sa svim delovima testa. Kiflice ostaviti da stanu 15 minuta i peći na 200 stepeni dok blago ne porumene. U posudu staviti šećer i vodu i kuvati 4-5 minuta od vremena kad proključa. Pečene kiflice tople uvaljivati jos vruce u secer u prahu..jer ce tako na sebe zalepiti vise secera biti ukusnije i lepse izgledati.To je pravilo kod ove vrste kolaca koje cesto pravim i uvek ih vrele uvaljam.Jer kada se kolaci ohlade ne lepi se za njih secer u prahu.

Ingredients:

-100 g sugar
