Cokoladna krem torta Bambi desert.–Bambi chocolate cream cake dessert.

Ingredients:

Kore:

-9 pcs egg

-12 tablespoons oil

or  

-150 ml cream
-150 g of chocolate

Preparation:

Bark:

Whisk the egg white foam, that add sugar while egg yolks.

Reduce the mixer to the slowest so slowly add flour, nuts and cocoa.

Sastojci:

Preliv za kore:

-250 ml vode

Fil:

-6 kašika šećera
-1 kesica pudinga od vanile
-125 gr margarina
-300 gr mljevene plazme
-150 gr mljevenih oraha
-80 gr umućenog šlaga ili slatke pavlake

Glazura:

-200 gr čokolade ( da bih bilo dovoljno za celu tortu)

-12 kašike ulja

ili moze i 150 ml slatke pavlake

-150 gr čokolade crne cokolade

Priprema:

Kore:

Umutiti pjenasto bjelanca, tome dodati šećer pa žumanca.

Smanjiti mikser na najsporije pa lagano dodati brašno, orahe i kakao.

Od dobijene mase peći tri kore.

Ja sam mutila posebno svaku koru, podjelila sam sastojke na tri dijela i tako mutila.

Tako su mi kore sve jednake. Pleh u kome sam pekla je okrugli prečnika  26 cm.

Svaku koru preliti sa prethodno pripremljenim sirupom.

Da bi dobili šećerni sirup ušpinujte šećer i vodu.

Ne treba previše špinovati, dovoljno je da ključa 3-4 min.

Kore takođe možete preliti i sa kakaom ili kafom po želji.

Fil:

Skuhajte jedan puding na mlijeku i dodajte mu margarin dok je još topao.

Trebate dobiti rijedak fil.

U topao fil dodajete keks i orahe. Ako vam je previše rijetko pogustite sa još keksa.

Ostavite da se skroz ohladi.

U ohlađen fil dodajte ulupan šlag ili slatku pavlaku.

Tortu filovati: 

– kora-fil-kora-fil-kora -cokoladna glazura

Preko posljednjeg fila staviti glazuru od čokolade istopljene na pari sa uljem ili tako što ćete napraviti ganase krem od slatke pavlake i čokolade.

Zagrejati slatku pavlaku, ali vodite računa da ne provrije.

Toplu prelijte preko izlomljene čokolade i ostavite da se stegne.

Kada se dovoljno stegne premažite tortu i ostavite da se dodatno ohladi.

Ja sam ovaj put koristila čokoladnu glazuru jer nisam imala slatke pavlake, ali mi je ljepše sa ganače kremom. Sa strane sam tortu ukrasila šlagom.
