Corba od boranije,graska i svezeg mesa.

Corba od povrca i svezi rebra veoma ukusna nece ostati ni malo kada je probate.


Sastojci:
-300g sveze svinjsko meso
-200g boranija -zuta ili zelana
-200g graska
-crni luk 1 glavica
-2-3 cena beli luk
-1 mali paradajz
-mleveni crni biber
-1 kasiku brasna
-so po ukus
-djumbira
-1 kasike vegete-suve zacine
Priprema:u vecem loncu za kuvanje staviti vodu i oprano meso,dodati boraniju,graska,i crni luk na komade.
Dodati cene belog luka,paradajz,i so na pocetku kuvanja.
Kuvati na umerenu temperaturu jelo oko 1 sat.
Spremiti zaprsku od ulja i kasike brasna,dodati mlevenu crvenu papriku,i dodati jelu.
Dodati i zacine redom,djumbira,mleveni biber,vegeta.
Ostaviti jelo da se kuva jos 5 min da se spoje sastojci i sluzite toplo kao veoma ukusno glavno jelo sa sezonske salate.

Ingredients:
-300g fresh pork
-Yellow -200g beans or ELAN
-200g peas
-black onion 1 head
-2-3 price of garlic
