COKOLADNA BAKLAVA SA KIKIRIKIJA I ORASIMA-POSNO

Sastojci:
-500g tankih kora za baklave
-250g sitno mlevene orahe
-100g mleveni kikiriki
-200g mleveni keks
-malo praska za peciva
-1 vanilin secer
-250ml ulje
-100ml mineralne vode
-200g crne cokolade
Za sirup: 900ml secera,700ml vode,pola sok od limuna.
Priprema:otpakujte kvalitetne kore,keks i orahe samleti,kikiriki iseckati na sitno u blenderu.Sve izmesati i dodati vanilin secer zajedno.U drugu posudu izmesati mineralnu vodu i ulje,i malo peciva,pa sa ovim prskati kore,dok ih filujete.
Za sirup prokuvati vodu i secer zajedno 10 min,na kraj dodati limuna isecenog na kolutove.Pleh za baklavu namazati uljem i redajti kore za baklavu,uzimati po dve kore,praskati uljem i vode pomesani sa pecivo.Po potrebe dodati jos ulje na kore,i stavljati na kraju po 3-4 kasika od fila.Rukama uvijamo kore u rolnu,stezuci ih vise da fil ne ispada.Seci na oko 6 cm,i redjati parceta baklave u pleh.Poprskati uljem,nesto vise od ulja staviti.
Peci u zagrejanu pecku na 200C a potom na 170C namaliti i vise na manje temperature.Pecenu vrelu baklavu,preliti hladnim sirupom.Ostaviti u rerne da upije sirup.Spremiti cokoladnu glazuru, cokoladu otopiti sa 6 kasika ulja i 2 kasike vode.
Uzimati od baklavu parce po jedno i umaknuti u cokolade i redjati na foliju da se stegne.Prije toga stavljati odozgo mesavine od kikirikija orahe i malo keksa.Servirati sa kolutove limuna.Fenomenalna baklava i odlican desert,jako je ukusna-za ljubitelje parenih deserta.
