Pletene testenine,ovo su posni forme pereca od testa.Ja sam ih za dan pred praznike za Uskrs spremala.za Veliku Subotu.Kod nas se prave razne forme za taj dan,imam i jos forma,pisacu i za to recept i opis.Mesila sam testo po receptu za pekarske kifle.


Sastojci:
-800g brasna
1 mala kasika so
-1 kocke svezeg kvasca
-11/2 solje ulja
-500ml mineralne vode
-3 kasika secera
Priprema:
U posudi za mesenje ,staviti malo brasna sa malo tople mineralne vode,dodati,so,secera,i kvasac.Ostaviti malo da ukisne.
Potom redom dodati sve sastojke,ulje,ostatka vode i brasna.Mesite srednje tvrdo testo.Ostavite da kisne oko 1 sat.na toplom mestu.
Ukislo testo izvadite na nabrasnjenu radnu povrsinu,mesiti kratko vreme,i podeliti testo na vise manjih komada.
Na deo radne povrsine stavite malo ulje i rukama uzmite po 2 parceta testa i pravite valjke i krajeve spojiti u pletenicu..


A potom uviti krajeve testa, prema sredini pletenice, napraviti formu kao pereca.
Redjati u plehu za pecenje,na pek papiru,i ostavite da odstoje do pecenja 15-20 min.
Rernu zagrejati na 250C i potom kada stavite testa namalite na 200C peci 15 min.
veoma ukusne slane i zanimljive testenine,napravite ih za posne dane,praznike,ili slavlja.
