Sitni kolaci sa cokoladom,ili ukusni kolaci koji se najlakse pripremaju.Ovo su i kolaci za svecane prigode.

Sastojci:

300 gr cokolade za kuhanje
3-4 kasike ulja
silikonski kalup za praline ili korpice

Sastojci za fil:

200 ml slatke pavlake
150 gr bijele cokolde
150 gr crne ili mlijecne cokolade

Priprema:

Cokoladu sa uljem rastopiti na pari. Kalup ili korpice premazati cokoladom, dno i stranice. Staviti u frizider da se cokolada stegne. Izvaditi iz frizidera i nanijeti drugi sloj pomocu cetkice za mazanje i ponovo vratiti u frizider.

Bijelu cokoladu i 100 ml slatke pavlake rastopiti uz neprestano mijesanje i ostaviti da ohladi. Na isti nacin rastopiti i crnu cokoladu. Kalupice ili korpice puniti filom do pola, a zatim preliti cokoladom da bude ravna povrsina. Ostaviti da se dobro ohlade, a potom ih vaditi iz kalupa. Najbolje su dobro hladne.
