Sastojci za expresna limun poslastica
Za koru
200 grama mleveni keks
1 kašika šećera
3 kašika butera, topljeni
½ kašičice ekstrakta vanileZa Cheesecake fil:
400g krem sir, sobna temperatura
1 šolja šećera
1 šolja jogurta ili / kisela pavlaka, sobna temperatura
1 šolja slatke pavlake,
¼ šolje brašna
2 kašike soka od limuna
1 kašičica Lemon koraZa preliv od limuna:
3 kašika šećera
11/2 kašičica kukuruzni skrob
½ šolje vode
2 kašičica soka od limuna
½ kašičice kora od limuna
2 do 3 kapi žute boje
Priprema:
Zagrejati rernu na 160 stepeni.
Obloziti dno kalupa sa pergament papir.
Kora
Samleti biskvite dodati i šećer i izmesati.
Prebaciti u posude, dodati maslac, vanilu i dobro promešati dok sve sastojke spoje.
Pritisnite mešavinu na dnu posude,za kolac,od smese staviti i uz ivice kalupa.
Stavite u frižider dok spremate fil.
Za fil:
Sa električni mikser,mutiti krem sir i šećer zajedno sa malom brzinom sve dok postane krem sir glatka masa.
Dodajte jogurta i muitie do dobro sjedine.
Dodati i pavlaku, brašno, limunov sok,koru limuna postepeno da se lakse sjedine.
Izvadite posudu sa korom iz frižidera, i napunite sa fil  do pergament papira.
Kada stavite  torte vrz posude s vodom izmedju stavite je na foliju izvadjena iz kalupa.
Kada sipate fil u posudu i lagano ga pritisnite da bi se uklonile sve mehuriće vazduha.
Pripremiti voda, pa stavite posudu.
Pecite- u rerni 1 sat.
Izvadite iz rerne tortu i uklonite pergament papir sa strane.
Neka odstoi torta na sto dok se u potpunosti ne ohladi.
Potom stavite u frižideru da se ohladi 2 sataLimun glazura:
Pomesati šećer i kukuruzni skrob, u posudi, dodati vodu i prokuvati,uz mešanje u kontinuitetu da dobijete glatku smesu.
Dodati limunov sok i limunove kore boju i promešati da se dobro sjedine oko 3 min.
Staviti  glazuru od limuna preko krem fila i ukrasite tortu kriskama svezeg limuna.
Ostavite 4 sata ili preko noći da se stvrdne.
Izvadite obruc kalupa,i sluzite tortu veoma ukusan domaci desert.

INSTRUCTIONS :
Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
Line bottom of a 9 cm pan with parchment paper a.

Press mixture on bottom of the  pan making sure that the chips are compact. Press with the back with a glass.
Put in the fridge until the cheese filling is ready.
cheesecake the Stand Mixer or electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar together on low speed until there are cubes and cream cheese is smooth.
Waste of the vessel if necessary.
Add hung yogurt and beat until well incorporated.
Now add the cream, flour, lemon juice, Lemon Zest one at a time, beating on low speed until each is fully incorporated before adding the next.
Take the container with bark out of the refrigerator, and filled by the strip of parchment paper.
Take a sheet of aluminum foil, place the pan on it, and cover the pot with her that is water proof make.
Pour the filling into the pan and gently press down to remove any air bubbles.
Prepare water, and place the pan.
Bake in oven for 1 hour.
Turn on the oven, holding the door open a little and leave to cool for 1 hour.
Remove the cheese from the oven and remove the parchment paper from the side.
Some of cheese sit on the counter until it is completely cooled.
Place in the fridge to cool for 2 hoursLemon glaze / sauce
Combination of sugar and , add water and bring to the boil while stirring continuously until a smooth and thick.
Add yellow and cook for 3 minutes, turn off heat.
Now add the butter, lemon juice and lemon delight and stir to mix well.
Chill until cool but not set.
Spread the lemon glaze on top with cheese.
Chill 4 hours or overnight.
When ready to serve, remove the pan and let stand 30 minutes before serving.
