POSNI SLAVSKI KOLACI
Sastojci:
-500g brasna
-250g psenicnog griza
-1 kocke svezeg kvasca
-1 praska za peciva
-3 solje (od 100ml) tople vode
-3 solje ulje
-kakao za u testo oko 1- 2 kasike
-kokosa ili mlevene orahe
Za fil:
-200g seckane orahe,po volji,1 rendani limun i kasika secera,sastojke izmesati i posuti na koru.
Sirup:
1kg secera,1 litra vode,da prokuva 5 min,i pariti kolace.
Izrada:
Kvasac istopiti sa malo vode,dodati brasno,psenicni griz,ulje,pecivo.Sve dobro mesiti,i podeliti na dva dela,jedan veci jedan manji deo,dodati kakao,mesiti da se ujednaci smesa.Zatim podelite dva testa na jos 4 dela,da dobijete 8 lopte.
Razvlaciti kore i stavlajti jednu preko drugu.Preko bele kore stavite koru sa kakao,
Zajedno razvuci koru i staviti orahe pomesane sa limunoa i secera.Urolati testo pazeci da fil ne ispada.Ukupno dobiti 4 rolne.Seci rolne na parceta oko 1 cm.Rernu zagrejati na 220C,i peci kolace 20 min.
Pariti sa vrelim sirupom hladne kolace,posuti ili uvaljati u kokos ili orahe.

-500g flour
