Colorful chocolate cake.

Ingredients:

For bark:
5 eggs
5 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons cocoa
3 tablespoons oil
1 baking powder

Glaze:
2 dl cream
200 g of chocolate mess

Syrup:
3 dl water
300 g of sugar

Fill:
500 ml of milk
2 vanilla pudding
5 egg yolks
10 tablespoons sugar
2 dl cream
100 g of plasma biscuits
4 Mars chocolate bars

Preparate:
-For the first crust, whisk the egg whites with the sugar, then add egg yolks one at a time. Then add the remaining ingredients, and they slowly merge with a spoon. Pour mixture into pan (30×20) lined with parchment paper and bake the crust at 200C for about 25 minutes. For the sauce boil sugar and water for about 10 minutes from when you boil the weaker fire. The cooled crust back into the pan in which they were made and pour the chilled sauce.-

To put fil 4 dl milk to a boil with the sugar and the rest of the milk, stir the pudding and egg yolks, and cook them in boiling milk. Special whisk 2 dl cream, and is added to the chilled filling. In fill add the broken plasma and finely chopped Mars candy bar, slowly merge with a spoon, and paint over crust. To put icing on a weaker temperature to warm cream, not to a boil, and add the broken chocolate. Stir until the chocolate melts, so add over fill. Leave in the fridge to cool and harden, preferably overnight.

Sareni kolaci od cokolade.

Sastojci:

Za koru-osnovu.

5 jaja
5 kašika šećera
5 kašika brašna
3 kašike kakaa
3 kašike ulja
1 prašak za pecivo

Glazura
2 dl slatke pavlake
200 g Menaž čokolade

Preliv:
3 dl vode
300 g šećera

Fil:
500 ml mleka
2 pudinga od vanile
5 žumanaca
10 kašika šećera
2 dl slatke pavlake
100 g plazma keksa
4 Mars čokoladice
Za koru prvo umutiti belanca sa šećerom, pa dodati jedno po jedno žumance. Zatim dodati i ostale sastojke, pa ih polako sjediniti sa kašikom. Smesu izliti u pleh (30×20) obložen papirom i peći kora na 200C oko 25 minuta. Za preliva kuvati šećer i vodu oko 10 minuta od kad prokuva na slabije vatre. Prohladjenu koru vratiti u pleh u kojem se pekla i preliti sa prohladjenim prelivom.
Za fil staviti 4 dl mleka da provri sa šećerom, a sa ostatkom mleka razmutiti puding i žumanca, pa ih skuvati u vrijuće mleko. Posebno umutiti 2 dl slatke pavlake, pa je dodati u prohlađen fil. U fil dodati i izlomljenu plazmu i sitno seckanu Mars čokoladicu, polako sjediniti sa kašikom, pa premazati preko kore. Za glazuru staviti na slabijoj temperaturi da se zagreje slatka pavlaka, ne da provri, pa dodati izlomljenu čokoladu. Mešati dok se čokolada ne rastopi, pa priliti preko fila. Ostaviti u frižider da se ohladi i stegne, najbolje preko noći.
