KOLACI SA COKOLADOM I KOKOS.

SASTOJCI:

  • 200 grama šećera,
  • 5 jaja, 3 šoljice ulja,
  • 12 kašika mleka,
  • 12 kašika brašna,
  • 1 kašika kakaoa,
  • prašak za pecivo,

Fil:

  • 1/2 litra mleka,
  • 12 kašika šećera,
  • 6 kašika brašna,
  • 250 grama margarina,
  • kokos,
  • čokolada

Priprema:

  • Odvojiti žumanca od belanaca. Belanca penasto umutiti, pa im dodati žumanca i šećer. Dobijenoj smesi dodati i mleko, ulje, kakao, brašno i prašak za pecivo. Promešati da bi se masa ujednačila, pa sipati u prethodno podmazan pleh i staviti da se peče. Kada se testo ohladi, manjom okruglom modlom vaditi “kape”.
  • U mleko dodati šećer i brašno i stavite da se kuva na pari.
  • Kada se dobijena masa prohladi, dodati joj 250 grama umućenog margarina.
  • Ovim kremom premazivati kolace, pa ih spajati kao vanilice. Gotove kolace uvaljati sa strane u kokos, a odozgo preliti glazurom od čokolade.

INGREDIENTS:
-200 grams of sugar,
-5 eggs,

-3 cups of oil,
-12 tablespoons milk
-12 tablespoons flour
-1 tablespoon cocoa,
-baking powder,
Fil:
-1/2 liter of milk
-12 tablespoons of sugar
-6 tablespoons flour
-250 grams of margarine
-coconut
-chocolate
Preparation:

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Whisk egg white foam, but they add the egg yolks and sugar. The resulting mixture and add milk, oil, cocoa, flour and baking powder. Stir to equalize weight, and pour into a previously greased baking sheet and put it to bake.
