Osvežavajuća torte sa višnjama.meni se ova torta doada jer je zaista osvezavajuca,podseca na moskvu snit tortu imaju slicnosti.Zato sam je pravila za rodjendane svojoj deci.


Sastojci: (za 2 kora koje posle treba preseci na pola)
-12 belanca
-16 kasika secera
-4 kasika brasna
-200g mlevenih oraha
-malo peciva
Za fil:
-1 l mleka
-12 zumanca
-5 kasika secera
-2 vanilin secer
-3 pudinga od vanile
-250ml slatke pavlake
-ociscene višnje ili drugog voća
-250g putera or margarin
-250g prah sereca
-za ukrasavanje korisceno od ranije spremljen Fondant ili po volji slaga
Priprema:
Za kore mititi 6 belanca sa 8 kasika secera, dodati 100g mlevene orahe, 2 kasike brasna, malo peciva.
