But zaseci sa obe strane ..od sredinu prema spolja..zaseceni deo povuci prema spolja .. posolimo I pobiberiti ..
Vrz mesa staviti parceta slaninu ..po duzini ..I sve urolati.
Zavezemo konopcem ..
Rolat premazemo mascom.. ..posolimo,stavljamo u pleh u koji smo dodali malo vode ..I sve pokrijemo folijom.
Pecemo u prethodno zagrejanu rernu na 200 stepeni I pecemo 1.5-2 sata.
Po potrebi dodajemo vode.
Pred kraja pecenja izvadimo foliju I pecemo rolat 10-15 minuta da uhvati koricu.
