PERFECT KIFLA, LOOSE WITHOUT margarine and dairy free!

Kiflice  perfect homemade dough.

– yoghurt 400ml
– 300ml water
– 200ml oil
– 2 tablespoons sugar
– 1 tablespoon salt
– 1 tablespoon yeast
– 2 eggs
– 1 kg of flour and 100 g (approximately)

Filleting – Nutella – Cheese


Mixing dough put yogurt, water and oil (should be warm water and a little oil cool then add yogurt).
In another dish mix the yeast with a tablespoon of sugar, one tablespoon of flour and a little water left to swell to add in a mixture of oil of yogurt and water.
Mixer (wire of soft pastry) light and fluffy balls with 1 spoon of sugar and add to mix mixture.Continue pastry 5 minutes add half the flour and mix for about 5 minutes at full speed.
Then replacing the wire with wire mixer / nozzle sets for pastry and add flour until it becomes hard pastry so that it can skew the table to form a ball.
Form a ball and put to rest (preferably in a plastic container that can hang up) until the volume doubled. Ukis dough carefully  istres hundreds and hundreds stretch, larger circle, cut the dough into 4 first part then in 8 parts and each eighth in three parts so you get 24 pieces.
Charging rolls Nutella or cheese stats. Wrap rolls (I take a piece out of the circle and then some more arm stretch and wrap a baguette. Allow ukis twice!
Bake at 180C around 15So minutes until they get golden brown 18. Let a little cool in pan before serving.
