Sastojci:
800 g meso od buta
1 kašičica brašna
2 kašike
2 veća luka
2 čena belog luka
2 lovora
500 ml govedska supa od kocka
250 g šargarepe
2 grančice majčine dušice
2 grančica mažuran (ili kašičica suvog)
2 kom. kisele jabuka
1-2 kašičice meda
200 ml pavlake
1 ravna kašika brašna
so i biber

Priprema:
Meso u posudi pomešati sa kašikom brašna, tako  brašno pokriva sve delove; ostatak brašna.
zagrejati ulje u loncu i propržite meso.

Luk i beli luk iseckati na veće komade tako da prže u ulju, gde je przeno meso – do porumeni; vratiti meso  u lonac,staviti lovor i sipajte supu, tako da je sve to meso pokriveno supom.Poklopiti i kuvati 1 sat
Sargarepe ocistite i iseći na  kocke, pa dodajte u paprikaš i kuvajte 15-20 minuta.Dodajte i med i druge sastojke i zacine na kraju kuvanja da ne izgube mirise.
Jabuke oljustite i iseći na kocke i njih dodati pred kraja, i kuvajte još 15 minuta uz gulaš.
Staviti  kašiku brašna sa pavlakom i sipati u paprikaš i kuvajte 1-2 minuta,
Ostaviti da odstoji 10 minuta da se ohladi i sluzite jelo.

Preparation:
