CUPS YOGURT WITH FRUITS
Ingredients: 250 ml of a thick yoghurt, 30 ml of water, 10 g of tapioca starch or density of an ordinary density, 50 ml of honey, 250 g of mango and pineapple, chopped to cubes, 150 g finer cut mango and pineapple
Preparation: In a sauce pan put half of the fruit, which previously to a pulp, add maple syrup (if you use honey, add it only at the end) and tapioca or plain cornstarch, which previously dissolved in water and cook all together until it thickens, about 5 minuts.Leave aside and allow to cool.If use honey, add it only when the mass of little cooled.
The second part of the fruit cut into small cubes.Add in the two cups, or pots, thick yoghurt, pour over fruit compote ,, the previously cool to room temperature and pour the bottom compote, pour through with a spoon, thick yoghurt, if desired, you can sprinkle with granola or seeds of your choice and in the end put finely chopped fruit.I used for this frozen mango and pineapple. (You can use fruit of your choice) From sweetener is used between, and you can not use what you love.
