Potrebno:

Za 2 beze kore:

4 belanceta
250 g šećera
50 g lešnika
Za fil:

4 žumanceta
4 kašike sećera
50 g maslaca
50 g bele čokolade
200 ml slatke pavlake

I još treba:

voće- breskve, maline, šljive

Belanca i šećer staviti u činiju sa oblim dnom, a nju u sud sa kipućom vodom.
