Da bi se spremilo ovo jelo za rucak ili večeru ne oduzima previše vremena ,a je ukusno jelo.
Recept za dve porcije riba u mirođije sa pavlakom.

Sastojci:
-2 riblja fileta (250-300 g ukupne – težine)
-2-3 kašike ulja
-so
-limun  i biber
-pšenično brašno za valjanje
-1 jaje
Sos:
-1 šolja biljnog buljona-supe
-2 kašike putera
-2 kašike brašna
-2 kašike mirođije
-so
-mleveni crni biber
-3 kašike pavlake 18%

PRIPREMA:

Sos-u manjem lonci staviti puter i otopiti,dodati brasno i mesati stalno da ne zagori.

Tokom mesanja postepeno sipajte povrtnu supu,dodajuci zacine
Kuvajte da se sos zgusne.
Posolite i dodajte mleveni crni biber.
Ukloniti sos sa vatre, dodati pavlaku i mesati da se sjedini..
Odmrznite riblji file oprati i osušiti sa papirom.
Skinite perje i staviti soli sok od limuna i biber, a zatim umakati filea u jaje i brašno.
U tiganju zagrejte ulje ili mast na vrelom ulju przite ribe.
Przite sa svake strane na srednjoj toploti.
Riblje file izvadite da izadje viska masnoce i posluzite sa sos i salatu po zelji.
