Kolac na metar-Cakes simply to meter
The recipe for this cheap and plentiful cake is from the book “The Yugoslav cakes” from 1987
INGREDIENTS
PASTRY
25 g flour
20 g sugar
4 eggs
2 tablespoons cocoa
1.5 dl oil
1.5 l of water
1 baking powder
CREAM
25 g of sugar powder
25 g margarine
3 ml of milk
Vanilla pudding 1
OTHER
1 rib of cooking chocolate

PREPARATION:
First
Two large pan size oven covered with parchment paper and turn on the oven to 180 st.C.
Second
Biscuit mix of egg yolks, water and sugar, adding the oil, the flour and baking powder and egg whites.
Third
Half of the dough in a baking pan to pour out, and the other half while cocoa mix poured into another baking pan.
4th
Biscuits bake at 180 st.C and for the time to cook the pudding, cool it, and admixed foam made butter with powdered sugar.
Baked dough cut into strips and fill with stuffing. Also primed and sides of cake and sprinkle with grated chocolate. The strips along the black over yellow.
6th
Cake cut obliquely.

Recept za ovaj jeftin i izdašan kolač je iz knjige “Jugoslavenski kolači” iz 1987.g.
SASTOJCI
TIJESTO
25 dag brašna
20 dag šećera
4 jaja
2 žlice kakaa
1.5 dl ulja
1.5 dl vode
1 prašak za pecivo
KREMA
25 dag šećera u prahu
25 dag margarina
3 dl mlijeka
1 puding od vanilije
OSTALO
1 rebro čokolade za kuhanje

PRIPREMA
1.
Dvije velike tepsije veličine pećnice obložiti papirom za pečenje i upaliti pećnicu na 180 st.C.
2.
Miksati biskvit od žutanjaka, vode i šećera dodajući ulje, brašno s praškom za pecivo i snijeg od bjelanjaka.
3.
Polovinu tijesta izliti u jednu tepsiju, a u drugu polovinu umiješati kakao pa izliti u drugu tepsiju.
4.
Biskvite ispeći na 180 st.C te za to vrijeme skuhati puding, ohladiti ga pa primiješati pjenasto izrađen maslac sa šećerom u prahu.
Pečeno tijesto izrezati na trake i nadjenuti nadjevom. Isto tako premazati i stranice kolača te posuti naribanom čokoladom. Trake slagati crne preko žutih.
6.
Kolač rezati koso.
