A truffle with chocolate and instant coffee.


Ingredients:

-200g butter
-150 g of sugar powder
-250g ground nuts or hazelnut
-1 tablespoon instant coffee
-grated lemon peel
-100g of chocolate for toppings
-6 tablespoons oil or 100ml cream
Preparation:

Whisk butter with sugar foam, powder, add ground nuts, and spoons of instant coffee.

Add the lemon peel, all mix well and put to cool in the fridge.

The cooled mixture, remove from the refrigerator and take the mixture and make balls.

Chocolate sweet cream mix with and dissolve into smaller containers or oil.

Any balls pour glaze of cocolate.A tastier if it is in the middle of the balls put on 1 cherries cute.

It would be more a real treat, decorate as desired with white chocolate.

Bombice sa cokolade i instant kafom.

Sitni kolaci sa cokoladom i mirisa kafe su ukusan nepeceni desert koji se sastoji samo od ukusnih filova.

Sastojci:

  • 200g putera
  • 150g secera u prahu
  • 250g mlevene orahe ili po ukusu lesnike
  • 1 kasike instant kafe
  • rendane kore od limuna
  • 100g cokolade za preliva
  • 6 kasike ulja ili 100ml slatke pavlake

Priprema:

Umutiti penasto puter sa secerom,u prahu,dodajte mlevene orahe,i kasike instant kafe.

Dodati i koru od limuna,sve dobro izmesajte i stavite da se ohladi u frizideru.

Ohladjenu smesu izvadite iz frizidera i uzimajte od smese i napravite loptice.

Cokoladu pomesajte sa slatkom pavlakom i otopite u manje posude ili sa uljem.

Svaku loptice prelijte glazurom od cokolade.A ukusnije je ako u sredini loptice stavite po 1 visnju iz slatka.

To bi bilo vec prava poslastica,dekorisite po zelji sa belom cokoladom.
