Roser Delicious Cake with chocolate balls., chocolate composition gives it a taste to remember.

Components:

Bark:

5 eggs

100g dark chocolate

150g sugar

70g flour

1 baking powder

1 vanilla sugar

30g breadcrumbs

3 tablespoons ground hazelnuts

3 tablespoons minced peanuts

70g butter

Fil:

1/2 liquid slag

100g white cream

100g dark chocolate

100g ground hazelnuts

100g ground peanuts

200g of hazelnut wafer

Decoration:

500ml of liquid slag

300g dark chocolate for cooking

Prepare the cake:

Crust: Melt butter and chocolate in the money, let it cool down. Yolk mixed with the sugar and add flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, bread crumbs, the melted chocolate, ground nuts, peanuts and snow meringue (which have been specifically umut particular).

Fil: Mix a cream Nutella, ground hazelnuts and peanuts, chopped and melted chocolate wafer.

Sastojci:

Kora:

5 jaja

100g cokolade za kuvanje

150g secera

70g brasna

1 prasak za pecivo

1 vanilin secer

30g prezli

3 kasike mlevenih lesnika

3 kasike mlevenog kikirikija

70g margarina

Fil:

1/2 tecnog slaga

100g bele kreme

100g cokolade za kuvanje

100g mlevenih lesnika

100g mlevenog kikirikija

200g napolitanke od lesnika

Ukrasavanje:

500ml tecnog slaga

300g cokolade crne za kuvanje

Priprema torte:

Kora: Otopiti margarin i čokoladu na pari, pustiti da se prohladi. Žumanca izmešati sa šećerom, dodati brašno, prašak za pecivo, vanilin šećer, prezlu, otopljenu čokoladu, mlevene lešnike, kikiriki i sneg od bjelanaca (koje ste posebno umutili posebno).

Kalup namastiti, posuti sa mrvicama, istresti smesu i peći na 200 C oko 30 minuta. Kada se ohladi kora, preseći je na dve kore.

Fil: Umutiti šlag dodati nutelu, mlevene lešnike i kikiriki, istopljenu čokoladu i nasjeckanu napolitanku.

Gotov krem deli na dva dela jed ostaje svetao a drugi sa cokolade.ili po volji.( kao na slici)

Fil podeliti na dva dela, pa nafilovati na kore, preko gornjeg fila staviti glazuru, koja se napravi tako što se zagreje 1/2 l umućenog šlaga, paziti da ne proključa, pa dodati 300 g čokolade.

Ovom glazurum premazati tortu i ukrasite slagom i lopticama od cokolade.
