Crno bela torta ukusna kremasta torta sa dva fila i cokoladni preliv.

Sastojci:

KORA
2 jaja
2 kašike šećera
2 kašike brašna
1/2 kašičice praška za pecivo
1 1/2 kašike kakao prah…+ 2 kašike vruće vode

Priprema:
Umutite jaja sa šećerom. U to prosejte brašno, kakao i prašak za pecivo pa pažljivo izmešajte. Dodajte vodu i promešajte.
Pecite u rerni zagrejanoj na 180°C oko 15 minuta u kalupu za torte prečnika 20 cm.
Za tortu je potrebno ispeći 2 ovakve kore.
MLEČNI KREM
670 ml mleka
70 g gustina
2 1/2 kašike šećera
70 g bele čokolade
170 g margarina, na sobnoj temperaturi
100 g šećera u prahu

Priprema:
Pomešajte 100 ml mleka sa šećerom i gustinom. U šerpu sipajte preostalo mleko (570 ml), dodajte belu čokoladu i kuvajte na umerenoj vatri dok ne proključa. Smanjite temperaturu i uz stalno mešanje, sipajte mešavinu mleka, šećera i gustina. Nastavite da kuvate dok se ne zgusne, stalno mešajući. Znaćete da je dovoljno gusto ako, kada po dnu zagrebete kašikom, ostaje čist trag. Gotov krem ostavite da se ohladi.
Umutite margarin sa šećerom u prahu i onda u to sipajte gotov i ohlađen krem pa još malo umutite da se sve lepo pomeša.
Preliv-glazura
140 g mlecne čokolade

3 kašike mleka
2 1/2 kašike šećera
100 g margarina
Sve sastojke zajedno otopite na pari. Ostavite da se prohladi.

SASTAVLJANJE
1 kora, pola mlečnog krema, pola topinga, pa još jednom ponoviti kora fil i preliv cokolade.
