Components:

100 ml of oil
1 small zucchini
3 cups flour
3 cups corn flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 baking powder
100 g low-fat cheese
little carrot
Way of preparation:

Grate cheese and zucchini,carrot.Mixed flask and then add the oil, the two types of flour mixed with baking powder.

Combine the mixture is free of lumps. If necessary add a little mineral waters (mainly because they do not need to leave your gourd juice).Do you love add and seeds.

A mixed charge this muffin cups, and  oven at 200 C for about 15 minutes.

Muffins are wonderful, juicy, and if you want them to eat as long as the post to remove the water cheese and oil.

Mafini so zelencuk i susam.

Sastojci

100 ml ulja
1 manja tikvica
3 šolje belog brašna
3 šolje kukuruzno brašno
1 kašičica soli
1 prašak za pecivo
100 gr posni kačkavalj
30 gr susama + malo  sargarepe
Način pripreme:

Izrendati tikvica,sargarepa i kačkavalj.Sjediniti pa dodati ulje,obe vrste brašna pomešanim sa praškom za pecivo.

Sjediniti smesu da bude bez grudvica. Ako je potrebno dodati vrlo malo mineralne vode (uglavnom ne treba jer tikvica pusti svoj sok).Ukoliko zelite mozete dodati neke semenke.

Ovom smesom puniti korpice za mafine ,posuti susamom i peći na 200 C oko 15 minuta.

Projice su divne, softane, a ako želite da ih konzumirate dok traje post na vodi izbacite kačkavalj i ulje.

Podjednako su dobre.
