YELLOW YEAST WITH DAMAGER


Ingredients of crumble:
1/4 cube of margarine
11/2 tablespoons sugar powder (flat)
4 tablespoons of flour

Preparation:
Ingredients toss into the bowl, knead to point the formation of lumps.
Ingredients of the cake:
-3 glass. and 4 tablespoons of flour
-2 eggs
-5 tablespoons sugar
-5 grams of yeast
-1 glass. milk
-2 tablespoons of oil
-1/8 cube of margarine
-4 hairs rhubarb

Preparation:
With milk, sugar and spoons 4 tablespoons of flour to make Start, mix well, cover with a cloth and set aside at 30-40 minutes.
Mixed, eggs with sugar , add oil, 4 tablespoons and dissolved margarine,mix well ,and continue with ingredients of yeast and flour.Leave dough 30 min,cover with a cloth and set aside.

Dough add in the pan covered with paper.Put on the entire area of the tins of the olives, the washed, and the rhubarb rind. Pour the bun and the pan into the heated peck at 180C. Cool and pour over.

Zuti kolac od rebarba.

Sastojci za grudvice:
1/4 kocka margarina
11/2 kašike šećera u prahu
4 kašike brašna

Izrada testa za grudvice :
Sastojke staviti u posudu, mutiti dok se stvore grudvica-ostaviti

.
Sastojci testo:
3 sase i 4 kašike brašna
2 jaja
5 kašika šećera
5 grama kvasca
1 šolja. mleko
2 kašike ulja
1/8 kocka margarina
4 stapica rebarba-rabarbara

Izdrada:
Kvasac istopiti sa mlekom, šećerom i 4 kašike kašike brašna, dobro promešati, pokriti krpom i ostaviti da stoji na toplom mestu 30-40 minuta.(da ukusne)

Jaja mutite sa secerom,dodati ulje,i margarin,sastojke dobro  i izmesati sa smesom sa kvasca.

Ostavite testo da naraste 30 min malo.

Pleh pomastite stavite papir za pecenje,stavite testo u plehu i stavite po cele povrsine tetsa oljustenu, opranu,i isecenu rebarba-rabarbara.Posuti grudvica i peci,u zagrejane pecke na 180C .Ohladiti i preliti prelivom.
