-4 egg yolks
-100g sugar-crystalline powdered sugar
-1/2 bags vanilla sugar in the dough
-300g flour + 3 tablespoons of the need to add
For the filling of apples:
-1 bigger apple
-Half a small spoon of cinnamon
-2 tablespoons sugar
-Half a vanilla sugar
-3 tablespoons semolina
-A little oil

In a bowl for mixing put the egg yolks with the sugar and whisk mixer.
Add softened butter at room temperature and vanilla sugar.
Extend the kneading by hand adding flour, mixed coquettishly dough.
Screw the dough in foil to dispose of in the fridge until the next day.
Saving cue from Apple:
Apple cleaned and shredded, add cinnamon, vanilla sugar, and wheat semolina, mix ingredients.
The next day, remove the dough from the refrigerator, on the floury surface, divided into 3 parts.
Two thirds connect, knead and stretch the crust, in the form of a circle the size of the mold in which you will bake the cake, 18-20cm
From the rest of the dough one-third connect with those fallen corners and stretch the dough again, remove the tape over cakes.

Oven heat up to 200C when you put a stake reduced to 150C and bake 40-45 minutes.
Optionally, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar, I did not want to add more sugar.
