TORTA U BOJI PLAVA TORTA

Naišla  sam na ovu slatku tortu na fotografije na internetu, volela sam tortu u plavo, ali ne i pravila – one koje sam uvek vidjela su nešto što nije odgovaralo.

Odlučila sam da razvijem svoju sopstvenu verziju  sta ukazuje na činjenicu da  kolač mora biti nebesko plave boje.

Nadam se da će vam se kolač dopasti.
Recept za kalupa vel:24 * 24 cm.
Sastojci:
Biskvit za tortu:
-3 jaja
-3 kašike šećera
-1 kašika vanilin šećera ili vanila
-3 pune kašike brašna
-1 mala kašičica praška za pecivo

Krema za torte-fil:
-2 žele u plavoj boji
-1 šolja tople vode
-250 ml 36% kreme
-250 g krem sir
Za gornje bele kreme:
-250 ml 36% kreme
-2 kašike šećera u prah
-1 fiks krema
Dodatno:
-plavo beli šećer -bombonice

 PRIPREMA:

Za biskvit mutite jaja sa mikser,dodati secer,i vanilin secer,mutiti dok masa ne pobeli.Dodati brasno pomesano s prasak za pecivo
Mesati sastojke dobro da se sjedine ,kalup obloziti pek papirom,istresti smesu za tortu u kalup.

Rernu zagrejati i peci na temperaturi od 170C.
Tortu peci 15-20 min.izvadite iz rerne skinite pek papir i ostavite da se hladi.

Za plavu kremu:

Zelatin stavite u casi sa vrelom vodom,ostavite da se istopi

Mutiti  zasebno u posudi pavlaku i krem sir dok masa ne postane penasta..

Dodati otopljenog zelatina,sjediniti sastojke dobro.

A mozete i odvojeno prvo krem sir mutiti dobro u posebnoj posudi.A slatku pavlaku isto u posebnoj posudi potom ih spojiti i dodati tek onda zelatin.Pa sve zajedno mutiti dobro-ostavite da se hladi dok spremate beo gornji fil za tortu.
Mutite pavlaku pomesanu sa ucvrscivacem slaga (krem fix) i pri tom dodati i secera u prahu.
Potom slozite filove na osnovi torte.

Zuta osnova torte,potom plavog fila,pa beli krem fil,i odozgo ukrasite  secer bombona  plavo bele boje.
