Kocke sa djem,i cimet.

Ovo je ukusna domaća torta koja ga ima u puno varijacija, ovo je jedan od njih.

Ukusna i lagana za kuhanje. Ovo je varijanta bez jaja.

Sastojci:

-2,5 (šalicu od 200 ml) brašna,
-1,5 šalice šećera
-1,5 saljica mlijeka
-Pola vrećice cimeta
-1 mala žlica soda bikarbona
-5 kasike Djm od šljiva ili marelica, (po potrebi dodajte vise djem).

Glazura:

-100 g tamne čokolade za kuhanje
-2 žlice šećera
-1 žlica mlijeka
-3 žlice mlijeka
Za glazuru miješati sve sastojke u posudu i pomiješati ih dobro, a zatim prelijte preko kolača.

Priprema:

Pomiješajte brašno i šećer, džem, cimet i sodu bikarbonu i mijesiti tijesto mlijekom.
Gotovo tijesto stavite u namascenom plehu i posuti  brašna i pecite na 170 ° C tijekom 30-40 minuta.
