Torta sa suvim vocem i dva fila.Cake with dry fruits and two fill…

Torta sa suvim vocem,domaca ukusna torta od suvog grozdja,i mlevene orahe sa dva krem fila.

Sastojci:

Za 3 kora:

  • 15 belanca
  • 300g secera
  • 150g suvo grozdje
  • 150g mleveni-seckani orasi
  • pomalo praska za pecivo
  • 9 kasike brasno

Za fil:

  • 15 zumanca
  • 300g secer u prahu
  • 5 kasike kristal secera
  • 1 l mleko
  • 300g putera ili margarina
  • 3 vanila puding
  • 2 kasike brasno
  • 3 vrecice vanilinog secera
  • 500ml slatke pavlake
  • 150g ili vise ako bas volite da vam se cela torta oblozi sa strana cokoladom bele cokolade za kuvanje ili mlecna cokolada kako vi hocete.
  • za odozgo rafaelo kuglice gotove ili napravite sami

Priprema:Orahe iseckati,suvo grozdje isto iseci na manje komade.U posudi za mucenje staviti 5 belanca,mutiti dodajuci postepeno 100g secera,kada se masa dovoljno zgusne dodati 50g mlevene orahe ili seckane,dodati i 50g suvog grozdja.Produziti mesati sa kasikom dodajuci,brasno i prasak za pecivo.

Rernu zagrejati na 200C i peci koru na 150C vise susiti,oko 40 min.Sve tri kore tako ispecite.

Za fil: mikserom mutite zumanca ,sa 5 kasika secera,dodati pudinga od vanile,i brasno,od mleka odvojte malo hladno mleko i izmesajte sa zumanca.Ostatak mleka skuvajte na umerenoj vatri.dodajte smesu od zumanca i kuvajte fil.

Gotov fil sklonite da se hladi,za to vreme mutite puter sa secer u prahu i vanila secer.

Ohladjeni fil pomesajte sa umucenim puterom.

I slatku pavlaku mutite gusto,a prije toga je ohladite.

Spremite kore za filovanje:Kora,fil,pavlaka,kora fil,pavlaka,kora fil i pavlakom zavrsite filovanje.

Premazite celu tortu slatkom pavlakom i odozgo stavite rafaelo kuglice.A sa strane napravite detalje sa otopljenom cokoladom na pek papitu.I odozgo pospite celi tortu struganom cokoladom.

Preparation:
